Keep It Simple - Make two or three selections based on budget, and then create your list of folks that meet those values. Selecting a specific gift for even a small list can be overwhelming.

Branding Is Beautiful - When the gift arrives, it's not only important to send a quality product, but to ensure the recipient is reminded that the company and person who sent it, believes in relationships and wants to continue to say thanks, long after any transaction.

Be Budget Smart - Stay committed on giving less expensive gifts, to more people. Unless you only have one client, colleague, and/or employee, you can recognize and reward your top tier relationships with a gift that still maintains respectibility and affordability.

Confirm corporate policy - If you're not sure, companies who participate in a gifting policy either have a dollar limit for gifting (most popular is under $20), or will not accept gifts at all. Just remember, most often these companies will inform you of their policy right after your first transaction. So if you havent' received notice of a gifting policy, it's probably the most safe to stay under $20.
